No monetary transactions between Republic Polytechnic and appointed vendor (Appointed vendor will earn through the sales of graduation photographs from students). 2. Appointed vendor will need to set up booth at Republic Polytechnic for sales of the photos. 3. Vendors with prior experience of photography on a large scale graduation ceremony will have an added advantage. 4. Photography services will be covered on arrival and departure of VIPs and guest of honours, opening and graduation address, award presentation, full length and close-up shots of all graduands/award winners on stage, speech by guest of honours and valedictorians, receptions and group photos etc. 5. All photographs to be taken in digital format and printed on high quality photographic paper. 6. Appointed vendor to provide CD-ROMs of hi-resolution digital images and deliver to Republic Polytechnic.
